Screen Filler is used to fill pinholes and to block out the areas on your screen that you do not wish to print.this screen filler are mainly used to seal the connection position of the screen frame and the mesh to prevent ink leakage and mesh shedding.This Screen filler is created to handle squeegee abrasion and long print runs.Can be applied with a small dry painting brush.
Solvent resistant screen filler – for use with Plastisol and Solvent based ink Water resistant screen filler – for use with water based ink
After exposure, hold your screen up to the light, you may see some small gaps or dust holes which the emulsion may have left. Great for those hard to reach places in between images that tape alone cannot reach. Using a brush, apply direct onto the underside of the screen NOT the print side, and then allow to dry fully. We do advise using a small fan heater to dry the filler to ensure it is fully dry.
