Mixture:
If you need special color or your own color, you have to mix your own colors by color pigments and transparent rubber paste,5-8% of our color pigment concentrates are mixed in transparent water base binder. After stirring strong, the color is already ready for printing and can be used immediately. In order to create individual intermediate tones, several pigments can also be stirred into the transparent rubber paste.
Heat Fixation:
After printing, the color is first dried on the air or by heat supply (e.g. with a hot air gun) until the color feels dry. The actual heat fixation is then carried out in order to chase the color permanently and washing with the textile. For this purpose, the printed textiles are ideally exposed to a temperature of 150 to 60 °C .
If the fixation is made with a heat press machine, we recommend that we first press for 10 seconds at 150 – 160 °C and to briefly escape the residual moisture. Then it is pressed off for 30 – 45 seconds. When fixing with a dry tunnel, the optimal fixing time is 2-3 minutes. In the DIY area, the heat fixation can also be carried out with a hot air gun, an iron (iron on the left), an ironing press or even in the oven. With each of the methods mentioned, a full -scale fixation time of 2 – 3 minutes is recommended.

For printing, water -resistant emulsion should be used.
